Annet Mahendru
Mahendru was born to an Russian Indian mother and a Hindu Afghan father. Mahendru is proficient of German Russian English. Her parents are Russian as well as Indian. In her early teens, she created a choreography that gained her an appearance on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden, who turns into an energetic Indian dancer. After high school, she graduated and earned a bachelor's degree from the Department of English from New York. While in New York, she studied acting at the HB studio. Then she moved to Groundlings School and took up numerous tasks. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and an Russian mother Olga. When she was 13, her parents divorced and she moved from Kabul, Afghanistan, to East Meadow New York. Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys star in FX's The Americans. The role she played on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is her most notable television appearance. Her most well-known role is her recurring roles in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
